Katty Poels

Katty Poels studied at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel, where she obtained her Master’s Degree in Criminological Sciences in 2002, and her Master’s Degree in Law in 2005.

She has been a lawyer at the Mechelen Bar since 2005. She was a member of the Board of the Conference of the Young Bar in Mechelen for 5 years.

And has been included on the list of the Youth Section at the Mechelen Bar since 2007. She completed special training in Juvenile Law in 2010.

And she has been a lawyer at the Brussels Bar, working at Noben & Simons, from February 2012. In addition, she has been a recognised mediator in family matters since 2016.
